Project 02

RedanCanopy&Forecourt

Location

Zimbabwe, multiple sites

Project type

Commercial

Scope

Canopy fascias, structural steel, pump islands and dispensers repainted to brand standard

Duration

Per site programme

Completion

2026

Repainted Redan canopy in brand blue and red, low angle against a bright sky

The brief

Redan operates service stations across Zimbabwe and needed sites brought to an exact brand standard — canopy fascias, columns, pump islands and dispenser housings — while every forecourt stayed open for trading.

The challenge

Live forecourts. Work had to be zoned around fuel deliveries and customers under strict safety controls, and the blue and red had to match precisely from one site to the next.

Our approach

A per-site method statement with the forecourt split into zones so at least half stayed open; steel prepared and primed for the specified coating system; colour checked against brand references before every topcoat.

Thetransformation

Pump island steelwork freshly painted

Completed canopy and forecourt

After

Thefinish

Close-up photography of the workmanship: the trowel movement, the junctions, the lines. This is where a finish is judged.
